This summer, Ladder Internships is partnering with Brex to bring you a work experience program. Brex is a fintech powerhouse that has revolutionized how companies, from startups to enterprises, manage their finances.

Backed by investors like Y Combinator and Kleiner Perkins, Brex is trusted by more than 30,000 companies, including DoorDash, Anthropic, and SeatGeek.

Across 12 interactive sessions, you’ll dive into strategy, business planning, and problem-solving, tackling real-world challenges faced by high-growth startups.

About the Program

In the program, students will tackle projects that challenge them to think like founders, diving into business strategy, financial forecasting, and sales operations. From go-to-market planning to risk assessment, you'll build critical skills that set future entrepreneurs and business leaders apart. Moreover, with networking opportunities and career-building workshops, you'll connect with industry experts and gain real-world business experience.

At the end of the program, you'll present your final project to Brex and Ladder Internships associates, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities and business insights.
